At MEPRAS, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel your course enrollment. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility Based on Cancellation Timing 
    •    6 Weeks (42+ days) Before Course Start Date: 80% refund of the paid amount.
    •    4 to 5 Weeks (28–41 days) Before Course Start Date: 75% refund.
    •    2 to 3 Weeks (14–27 days) Before Course Start Date: 50% refund.
    •    Less Than 2 Weeks (13 days or less) Before Course Start Date: No refund.

2. Refund Processing 
    •    Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@mepras.com
    •    Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after approval.
    •    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Course Cancellation by MEPRAS 
    •    If MEPRAS cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer to another available course.

4. Transfer to Another Course 
    •    If a participant cannot attend, they may transfer their enrollment to a future course of equal value, subject to availability.
    •    Requests for transfers must be made at least 14 days before the course start date.

5. No-Show Policy
    •    Participants who fail to attend without prior cancellation will not receive a refund or credit for future courses.
