Mr. Paul McArthur is a distinguished consultant plastic surgeon based in Liverpool, renowned for his expertise in congenital hand and upper limb surgery.

- Graduated from Newcastle University (1990).
- Completed surgical training in Newcastle, followed by a Ph.D. at the University of Sheffield.

In 2003, Mr. McArthur was appointed as a consultant at Alder Hey Children's Hospital and the Regional Plastic Surgery Unit in Merseyside. From 2009 to 2016, he served as the Clinical Director of the Mersey Regional Plastic Surgery Unit, further solidifying his leadership in the field.
